RLSS Open water Life Guarding Course
Are you interested in becoming an Open Water Lifeguard (OWL)? then this Qualification for you.
The 3 day course course has been developed by the Royal Life Saving Society UK to address the role of open water lifeguards and the needs of open water operators.
Starts on the 4th, 5th and 6th August
9am till 5pm
You must be 16 years of age at the date of assessment
- Jump/ dive into deep water
- Swim 400 metres continuously on front
- Able to submerge under the water confident

Please bring packed lunch and refreshments, swim kit, tow float, warm colourful hat, warm layers for after swim, swim socks & gloves.
Please check in on your arrival with the lifeguard and arrive no earlier than 15 mins before your session.
